The Nanny Joynt is happy to partner again with this amazingly sweet and kind family seeking an experienced, mature, nurturing, and safety-conscious individual who will partner with them in caring for their adorable baby girl. Their daughter is currently 12 months old. She is calm, easygoing, and assertive. She is currently on a great schedule and this family would love that their new nanny to be experienced in helping them maintain her schedule. These parents are both very easygoing and want to find the best care for their daughter. They are good communicators and listeners and would want to promote this with any potential candidate. They would love to find a wonderful nanny who is experienced in caring for babies. Someone who will actively engage with her each day, and most importantly provide a safe and loving environment for her to thrive in. Their ideal nanny will be educated, calm, loving, nurturing, and be invested in the care of their sweet girl. Both Mom and Dad will be working outside of the home, however, there will be occasional days when either Mom or Dad will be working in the home.  Their new nanny should be reliable, adaptable and be able to offer them gentle guidance and support as their daughter grows. They are currently seeking a nanny who will be available for the next 6 months with the possibility of an extension. They have their daughter enrolled in Montessori school, however, they are open to continuing their relationship with their nanny if things are going well. Nannies, this is a wonderful family to work with. 

This position is offering $27 per hour with guaranteed hours (10 hours per week). Additional hours on a flexible basis. 

The schedule for this position will be:

• 1 or 2 days per week
• One day must be Wednesday
• Additional day can be any other day during the week and/or weekend, can split hours over two days if needed 
• Hours: 7:15am to 5:15pm (10 hours per week)

Requirements:

• COVID-19 – Family does NOT require the Covid vaccine
• Experienced, mature, reliable, calm, nurturing, flexible, engaging, and active 
• Great communication skills
• Safety is a TOP priority 
• Love experiencing and teaching new things
• Honesty and open communication

Considerations: 

• Limited screen time
• Length of commitment – 6 months to start 
• Pets: No pets in the home
