A fun-loving and active family is seeking a high-energy and imaginative nanny to join them for weekend care! This position is perfect for a nanny who is proactive, able to multitask, and loves engaging in creative and pretend play with young children. This family values quality time, active play, and travel, making this an exciting opportunity for a dynamic caregiver.

About the Children:

• Daughter (almost 4 years old): Slow to warm up but sweet and silly. She adores dressing up as princesses, fairies, and mermaids and loves sparkles, pretend play, and playing outside. She will thrive with a nanny who can embrace imaginative play and become her pretend-play partner.
• Son (2 years old): Energetic, fearless, and always on the move. He loves climbing, exploring, and being goofy. He is a happy and fun little boy who needs a nanny who can match his energy!

Pet:
The family has a friendly 12-year-old boxer-pit mix. Feeding and providing fresh water for him may be needed during your shift.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Saturdays 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (8 hours guaranteed weekly). Occasional Sundays may be requested if the nanny is available.
• Travel: This family frequently travels to destinations such as Mexico, Coronado, and Flagstaff and would love for their nanny to accompany them when available.
• Compensation: $28-$35 per hour DOE
• Benefits: Guaranteed hours

Responsibilities:

• Childcare Duties:
  • Engage the children in fun, active, and creative activities, including pretend play, outdoor adventures, and crafts.
  • Prioritize age-appropriate activities while avoiding screen time.
  • Provide meals and snacks for the children as needed.
  • Multitask and anticipate the needs of both children to ensure smooth transitions throughout the day.
• Pet Care: Feed and provide water to the family dog when needed.
• Travel Assistance: Be open to accompanying the family on trips (if available) and providing childcare support during travel.
