Reliable and Trustworthy Part-Time Nanny Needed for Newborn

This wonderful family is seeking a dedicated, service-oriented part-time nanny to care for their precious baby girl, born in November 2024. She is a happy, healthy baby thriving on an eat-play-sleep schedule and loves to smile! This is a home-based position with plenty of opportunities to enjoy fun and creative activities around their amazing home.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent care for their daughter and family. You should be a great communicator, comfortable working alongside parents who are in and out of the home and committed to supporting the baby’s developmental milestones.

• No phone use while caring for the baby—dedicated attention to the child
• Comfortable using Baby Connect to track feedings, diaper changes, and other activities
• Friendly and loves dogs (the family has two sweet, well-trained Goldendoodles)
• Organized and proactive, willing to take the initiative to help around the home

Responsibilities:

Child-Related Duties:

• Engaging in developmental activities to support milestones
• Maintaining and sanitizing bottles
• Managing diaper pail and general baby-related tidying
• Preparing meals and snacks as needed
• Creating a stimulating, safe, and happy environment

Household Duties:

• Cleaning up after yourself and the baby
• Breaking down recycling and taking out trash weekly
• Returning trash cans to the house
• Tidying and organizing common areas
• Proactively assisting with household tasks as needed

Schedule:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The family is open to offering up to 20 hours per week for the right candidate.

Hourly Rate: $28-$30 per hour DOE
Benefits: Paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, and guaranteed hours

Considerations:

• Occasional travel and overnight care may be requested if available.
• Travel destinations include Mexico, Las Vegas, and California.
• No screen time for the child; the nanny must actively engage and interact.
• NDA required upon hiring.
