Advanced Sleep Training – Saturday July 11th
In this class we will examine the major sleep methods, discuss in depth what methods Tonya has found most effective, discuss common sleep problems and how to trouble-shoot them and have an extended Q & A session. Come prepared with questions!
Infant Feeding – Sunday July 12th
Breastfeeding, Commercial Formulas and Alternatives
In this class we will discuss how to best support a breastfeeding mom as an NCS, how to work with a multiples mom who wants to breastfeed, the major commercially readily available infant formulas, both conventional and organic, alternative formulas such as soy and goats milk, imported formulas and finally homemade formula alternatives and their associated “risks” that must be considered.
