Step
We will take all of the great info we have have gathered about the goals of your family to begin curating a short list of fully screened candidates for your family. We will present you with custom profiles that showcase the top potential candidates for your family!

Now for the exciting part!! You’ve got your perfect candidate and it’s time to make the job offer! We will assist in getting an offer letter signed to be sure all parties are agreeable to the offer. Then we will assist you in finalizing the work agreement between both parties. We will also connect you with our payroll partners at Homework Solutions who will seamlessly assist you in getting your new employees payroll set up to be sure all taxes are properly taken care of.
