The Nanny Joynt is thrilled to assist a wonderful family in finding an experienced, nurturing, and dependable nanny to care for their 12-week-old boy/girl twins. This family is seeking a dedicated caregiver who values a consistent schedule, has extensive infant experience (preferably with twins), and is excited to support the healthy growth and development of their children.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about working with infants, skilled in maintaining a structured schedule, and ready to join a warm, active family environment.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00/8:30AM to 5:30PM
  • Hourly Rate: $28-$32/hour DOE
  • Benefits: Paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, guaranteed hours, and overtime pay
  • Additional Needs: Occasional travel and overnights may be requested

Responsibilities:

  • Childcare:
    • Provide attentive care to twin infants, ensuring their safety, happiness, and developmental progress.
    • Maintain the twins’ schedule, including feeding, napping, and wake-time activities.
    • Support developmental milestones and engage in age-appropriate educational activities.
    • Read to the twins daily to foster a love of learning.
  • Household Support:
    • Handle children’s laundry, sanitize play areas, and keep their rooms tidy.
    • Prepare meals for the children and assist with light meal prep for the family if time allows.
    • Perform basic household tasks during downtime, such as wiping counters, loading/unloading the dishwasher, or managing packages.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of recent infant care experience; twin experience preferred.
    • Familiarity with infant feeding, swaddling, and sleep schedules is essential.
  • Requirements:
    • Up to date TDAP vaccine is required to work with this family.
    • Reliable, organized, and proactive.
    • Comfortable maintaining a structured schedule while being adaptable to family needs.
    • Warm, energetic, and genuinely passionate about child development.
    • Committed to being a long-term member of the family.
    • Fully engaged with minimal phone use while caring for the children.
