Full-Time Experienced Career Nanny/Household Assistant Needed for Active and Loving Family

About the Family: Join this warm and engaging family of five with three wonderful boys aged 8, 5.5, and almost 3. This family is expecting a new baby in June 2025 and can’t be more thrilled. Their new nanny should have recent infant care experience. This family values respect, kindness, and quality family time. Both parents work from home 3-4 days a week in their home offices, and they’re looking for a proactive, experienced career nanny to become an extension of their parenting team. The boys are well-behaved, affectionate, and love to be engaged in activities.  All three boys attend school.

• 8-year-old: A curious, hands-on builder who loves to learn. He’s calm, kind, and eager to please. Enjoys various clubs at school and baseball.
• 5.5-year-old: A game and sports enthusiast who adores basketball, baseball, and playing cards/board games. He’s active, affectionate, and full of energy.
• 2.5-year-old: A fun, energetic, and cheerful little one who has a great sense of humor and loves spending time with his older brothers.

Job Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM (43.75 hours per week with overtime)
• Family would love to hire a candidate who will work  Monday through Friday from 11am until 5pm until the end of August before moving to the full time schedule, however, this is not required (30 hours per week)
• Pay: $28 – $30/hour DOE
• Benefits: Guaranteed hours, paid holidays, PTO, and vacation.
• Flexibility: Must be available to adjust hours based on the children’s school schedule or family needs. Depending on the schedule, you will sometimes need to come early or stay later. 

Responsibilities:

• Afternoon school pick-up and safe transportation to activities using the family car (or occasionally your car).
• Engage children in educational and creative activities.
• Prepare and serve kids’ meals; assist with family laundry and light housekeeping (e.g., sweeping, loading/unloading dishwasher).
• Manage household chores, including packing backpacks, organizing playdates, and running errands.
• Maintain an organized and safe environment for the children.
• Helping maintain the home each day

Requirements and Considerations: Applicants must meet all job requirements to apply:

• Proven experience as a nanny with a proactive, loving, and organized approach.
• Ability to maintain the home and support the children’s development with thoughtful and intentional care.
• Comfortable driving children to and from activities; flexibility with hours is essential.
• A safe and reliable vehicle is needed for this position that will safely hold 2 booster seats and one car seat.
• Willing to travel with the family and stay overnight when required. They travel to Flagstaff for a few weeks during the summer months and would love for their nanny to join them!
• You must be willing to be with this family long term!
