Position Overview:
This amazing family is searching for a kind, caring, and engaging nanny to care for their active and playful 2-year-old twin boys. The boys thrive on fun and creativity, and the ideal nanny will foster their development while maintaining a warm and stimulating environment. Mom will be in and out of the home and is looking for a team player to partner with her in raising her sons.

The family also has a 12-year-old son who will occasionally be around, though nanny responsibilities are solely focused on the twins. Flexibility is a must, as occasional travel and overnights may be required. This family values a nanny who has experience with toddlers (preferably twins) and is patient, fun-loving, and energetic.

Position Details:

  • Hourly Rate: $28–$30/hour DOE
  • Benefits: Paid vacation, paid sick days, guaranteed hours, and paid holidays.
  • Schedule Options:
    • Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an optional Sunday for 40 guaranteed hours.
    • Option 2: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 5:00/6:00 PM; Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an optional Sunday for additional hours.

Childcare Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care for the twin boys, including meal/snack prep and feeding.
  • Engage in creative and age-appropriate activities, crafts, and educational play.
  • Support developmental milestones through stimulating activities using The Nanny Joynt Curriculum.
  • Plan outings and assist with walks, singing, and interactive play.
  • Maintain a nurturing and safe environment.

Household Responsibilities:

  • Clean up after the children and maintain a tidy environment.
  • Manage light housekeeping tasks, including dishes, cleaning children’s areas, and keeping rooms organized.
  • Handle child-related laundry and linens.
  • Assist with errands and light meal preparation.

Additional Considerations:

  • Length of commitment: Minimum one year, ideally 2+ years.
  • COVID-19 vaccine is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally.
