A wonderful single dad is seeking an experienced, responsible, and fun-loving part-time Nanny/Household Manager to support his dynamic and charismatic 9-year-old daughter. She is outgoing, and creative, loves making videos, dancing, and playing softball. She’s perceptive, inquisitive, and full of life—she will keep you entertained and engaged! Dad is very involved in her life and is looking for someone who will be active, hands-on, and a great role model for her.

Position Details:
- Schedule: 20-25 hours guaranteed each week
- Monday through Friday, 1:00pm until 6pm
- Hourly Rate: $30-$35 per hour DOE
- Benefits: Guaranteed hours, paid time off, and an annual Christmas bonus based on performance
Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
- Pick up from school each day
- Transport to activities (tutoring on Mondays, tennis on Wednesdays, reading on Thursdays)
- Plan and engage in fun and active activities
- Help with homework, school projects, and reading
- Arrange playdates and social outings
- Be a positive role model and support her emotional well-being
- Swim with her in the family’s pool
Household Management:
- Family laundry (wash, dry, fold, and put away)
- Plan and prepare healthy meals (Dad loves to cook and is happy to train as needed!)
- Grocery shopping, Target runs, and other errands
- Pick up dry cleaning, packages, and household necessities
- Keep home tidy and organized (load/unload the dishwasher, tidy rooms, clean up common areas)
- Deep cleaning once per month
Driving & Transportation:
- Must have a safe, clean, and reliable personal vehicle for school pickups and errands
- Use Dad’s truck for longer-distance transportation
- Must be punctual and great with schedules
- Occasional drop-offs to Mom’s house (5 minutes away) as needed
Additional Perks & Expectations:
- Travel & Overnights: Occasional travel to places like Flagstaff, Del Mar, and other destinations; overnight care may be needed when Dad travels (with additional compensation).
- No Pets in the Home
- No Phone Use While Working – Focused, engaging interactions are a priority
- Pool Safety – Must be able to swim and enjoy pool time with his daughter
