Part-Time Nanny Needed for an Adorable Baby Girl and Fun-Loving Family

Overview:
A wonderful and organized family is seeking a proactive, reliable, and warm nanny to care for their infant daughter. They are looking for someone who enjoys working alongside a work-at-home mom, can assist with errands and household tasks, and can travel with the family on occasion. The ideal candidate will have strong newborn experience, be active and energetic, and have a fun, outgoing personality. This family does plan to grow their family very soon and would love to find an amazing long term nanny who will stay with their family for years to come!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Childcare:
  • Provide attentive care for their daughter, including feeding, diaper changes, and playtime.
  • Establish and maintain a structured daily routine.
  • Assist with developmental activities, tummy time, and reading.
  • Incorporate The Nanny Joynt curriculum into each day
• Household Support:
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and package returns.
  • Light housekeeping (tidying nursery, sanitizing bottles, baby laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher).
  • Assist in keeping the home organized and orderly.
• Pet Care:
  • Let the family’s small dog in and out as needed.
• Travel Assistance/Overnights:
  • Occasional domestic travel with the family may be needed in the future
  • Occasional overnights may be needed as well

Schedule:

• Flexible Part-Time:
  • Ideal schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some flexibility may be need to come early or stay late).
  • Nannies, this family has a flexible schedule and is open to shifting this schedule for the right candidate. When applying please let me know your ideal schedule that totals 25 hours per week. 
  • They are open to swapping a weekday for an occasional weekend shift if preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $32-$35 per hour DOE
• Benefits:
  • Guaranteed hours
  • Paid time off, holidays, and sick time
  • Mileage reimbursement for work-related driving
  • Travel and Overnight fee of $100

Requirements:

• Recent newborn experience required
• Must have a safe, reliable vehicle for transporting the child in the future
• Must be comfortable working alongside a work-at-home parent
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible
• Comfortable with small dogs and light pet care
• Should be open to occasional domestic/international travel
• Strong communication skills with a preference for frequent text updates and pictures of both their baby girl and their sweet pup.
