Family Summary:

If you are seeking a wonderful new long-term position working with a family who will value you then take a look at the details of this new position! This family is seeking a career nanny who is hands-on, active, and engaging with their sweet children each day. Their son is 3 years old and attends preschool from 8:30am until 3:00pm each day. He is happy, energetic, and has such a tender heart. His 9-month-old sister is beyond adorable. She is a very happy baby who has an easy temperament and is curious and very playful. She enjoys water play, music, and going on fun play dates. You should be up to date on all developmental milestones for these age groups. Their new nanny should be experienced with a minimum of 1 year of experience working as an in-home nanny. If you are organized, take initiative, and are very active you will work well with this family. They want a nanny who will be playful, and hands-on with the kids while also being creative, and engaging and always prioritizing the children. Both parents do work at home so their nanny must be comfortable working as a team. They enjoy being able to pop out and see the kids for lunch or during their breaks. They have a safe and kid-friendly home with a dedicated playroom and play spaces in the house. Their neighborhood has great walking paths and parks that you can take the kids to daily.  Nannies, we know you will really enjoy working with this family so don’t wait to apply! 

This position is offering $25-$28 per hour with guaranteed hours, paid time off, paid vacation, and paid holidays

The schedule for this position will be: 32 hours per week guaranteed

  • Monday through Thursday from 8:00am until 4:00pm
  • You must have the flexibility to come in early or stay late on occasion

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Childcare-Related Responsibilities:

  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Driving to and from school and activities as needed 
  • Planning fun activities, educational play, and development
  • Playing outside, being active, reading, singing, and arts and crafts
  • Making sure their children are exceeding developmental milestones
  • Maintaining the children’s areas and ensuring all items are stocked and organized

Household-Related Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning up after self and children
  • Load/unload the dishwasher
  • Taking out the trash/recycling as needed
  • Making sure all child areas are organized/tidy as needed
  • Children’s laundry, wash, dry, fold, put away
  • Ordering supplies if needed
  • Meal preparation, making healthy and fun snacks
  • General ability to see what needs to be done and complete those tasks

Nannies, this family is looking for the right person who loves their kids and doesn’t think of this as just a “job.” They enjoy outdoor activities and engaging with their kids.
