About the Family:
This warm and active family eagerly anticipates their newborn twins’ arrival in late November and seeks a loving and reliable nanny to help care for their 16-month-old daughter and, eventually, the twins. Mom will be on parental leave until February and is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for their toddler as she becomes a big sister. The family values quality time, being active, and experiencing new things together, while also being hands-on and supportive of their professional careers. They are hands-on parents who balance their careers with family life. They like to stay informed about their child’s day but give the nanny space to play and create with them. One parent works from home, often in and out of the office, but relies on the nanny as the primary caregiver during work hours. They are open and grateful for whoever joins their home and want them to feel comfortable. Communication and collaboration are key for them—especially with three little ones!
