The Nanny Joynt is thrilled to work with this wonderful client, a warm and active couple with a busy travel schedule, to find a dedicated Household Manager to support them in their homes.  With primary residence in Paradise Valley (October through May) and additional homes in Pine, AZ, and Washington, they seek someone to manage all household aspects, from organization and maintenance to cooking and travel support.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple residences. Flexibility with travel and a genuine passion for household management are essential. Previous experience with similar responsibilities is required.

Position Overview
We seek a proactive and experienced Household Manager to oversee their three homes and handle day-to-day tasks. This role includes travel, overnight stays, organizing, tidying, and meal preparation, ensuring they can fully enjoy their active lives.

Schedule and Compensation

  • Days: 4 days per week, flexible on the days
  • Hours: 5 hours/day,
  • Compensation: $35 per hour, 20 hours per week guaranteed
  • Benefits: Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Household Operations:
    • Cook for the family.
    • Develop house manuals for each residence (Paradise Valley, AZ, Pine, AZ, and Washington).
    • Maintain a detailed household inventory with receipts.
    • Research and hire contractors as needed for each location.
    • Oversee vehicle maintenance.
  • Landscape Management:
    • Maintain watering, seeding, and aeration schedules.
    • Inspect plants and landscape lighting, documenting any issues.
  • Technical Support:
    • Troubleshoot WiFi and appliance connectivity.
    • Provide basic personal computer assistance if needed.
  • Home Maintenance:
    • Schedule appliance repairs and routine maintenance.
    • Ensure appliances are in working order and maintain all manuals.
  • Housekeeper Coordination:
    • Manage and coordinate with the housekeeper.
  • Organization:
    • Re-home, donate or sell unneeded items.
    • Helping with major projects, including a significant interior and exterior update for the Paradise Valley home.
    • Organizing and scanning two generations of family photos, movies and videos
    • Set up Etsy or similar website, help create list of inventory, package and ship sales
  • Seasonal and Travel Requirements:
    • Travel to the Washington and/or Pine, AZ residence for annual maintenance supervision.
  • Errands and Stocking:
    • Run errands, handle grocery shopping, and keep each residence stocked with essentials.
