Nannies, this amazing return client is seeking a candidate with all of the following qualities and experience. Their current Nanny Joynt nanny has been with them for a year and is moving so they are seeking someone just as wonderful as her to fill this position. Please read over this position description very carefully. If you are interested in applying, I will need a strong cover letter explaining why you are the best fit for this family. They will only consider a candidate with all the qualifications listed in the position description. If you have any questions please let me know.

REQUIRED Qualifications and Experience:

– Active (someone who can help lift suitcases, full bins of kids hand me down clothes, etc)

– Healthy lifestyle (and someone that knows how to cook healthy – that’s very important to them)

– Very organized (almost a type A style to keep the house tidy and in order)

– Strong background in helping manage a household. They constantly have vendors in and out and they need someone who has experience in dealing with them – asking questions, following up with the family, etc.

This family has a relaxed environment in their home and their children are so happy and fun.  Their oldest daughter is 9 years old, she is sweet, smart, and athletic.  Their middle daughter is almost 8 years old and she is so silly, fun, and easygoing. All 3 of the older girls are in school each day until 3:00pm and their 3-year-old is in preschool two mornings each week and will be moving to 3 days each week next school year. Mom is a stay-at-home and their household manager/nanny will be working as a team with her. She needs another set of hands, someone who will be proactive, intuitive, and eager to help where needed.  Dad is home when he is not traveling for his job.  Being a team player is a must for this family!  Their ideal nanny will be someone who wants to be part of the family, laid back, relaxed, active, energetic, and very excited to interact with the children each day.  You should be confident, have a good head on your shoulders, and be a great role model.
